Welcome to East Silent Resort!
My wife Margaret and I, and our three adult children, Nicholas, Mary Catherine and Andy, are originally from Northeast Iowa. Prior to becoming “resorters,” we operated a family business for over 30 years. Nicholas and Andy are graduates of St. John’s University at Collegeville, MN, where Nicholas met his wife Bridget, an alumnus of St. Benedict’s. Mary Catherine, presently a special education teacher in Iowa, graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, IA.
Our family was drawn to this ideal location after spending years of summer vacations at resorts in the Otter Tail County area. We enjoy sharing the comfortable accommodations, quiet surroundings and numerous activities at East Silent Resort with our many guests.
